The math that is used for a formula has proven scientific evidence behind it. The evidence proves that if you do this action then the outcome should be that result, given the same conditions. If you just have the right combinations it works every time.
First we must use the correct formula and ingredients to even make this hypothesis true and that is where real life, your life, may differ. In laboratories, researchers use various methods to test the validity of a formula for accuracy. If, after many repeated attempts, they are able to recreate the same outcome then they may conclude the logical confirmation of their findings by means of this replication.
Sometimes when we react to a response from our repeated past or present experiences, we can sometimes predict the outcome just as scientific experiments have shown. Sometimes, through our attitude, we allow to dictate a response or voice our emotional state of mind only to find the outcome may not present the results we were looking for (or predicting) at the time. Words have wings like eagles flying away, un-retrievable.
In our daily life experiment, we hold the formula A+R=C, The element A is for Attitude and the definition defines our perspective, temperament, approach and emotional reaction expressive impressions of ourselves and others.
Sometimes we get another opportunity to use the formula again finding the result can be changed because something has changed. This can be accomplished by Reset which is the element R in the formula.
We all experience regrettable actions and verbal responses because of uncontrolled reactions leaving expressive impressions only to regret and wish we could reset our attitude and make appropriate adjustments.
By resetting it allows you to change the outcome of a misunderstanding, retract harmful and hurting responses. When the lights or power goes out you have to find the breaker and flip the circuit switch to start up again. We all have choices that can always be considered of others, especially the one we care for. We have the power to control, change our emotional state of mind (reset as positioning a broken bone or like it never happened) at any given time. It may break pride and hurt a little but by making it anew the opportunity is to reset again.
This brings us to the results of our life formula, element C. We recognize C because Change makes a difference. When we apply A and R we get a better outcome in the exchange. A better, stronger, smarter replacement are the results you are looking for.
The formula reminds me of both a scripture and a song from the 1960s. Ecclesiastes Chapter 3:6-8 "to everything is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven" was also sung the The Byrds in their 1965 classic, Turn, Turn Turn.
The secret ingredient of the formula is to combine all of them into A (attitude) + R (reset) =C (change). Try it and see if it works.. remember the instructions are to repeat
Often labels are used to provide information regarding the content of a package along with providing warnings, ingredient, and usage.
Wouldn't it be amazing if people came with labels? They do not, but we apply them to ourselves and to others all the time - for better or worse. What do you believe other people are describing about you? How does this make you feel? In our society, from the very beginning, we wear labels other people has described us as being. Do your labels match who you are? Who you want to be? In certain context labels are well intended to provide the necessary information we need in order to make a conscious decision about content. Should we be doing this to ourselves?
Do you need to remove some of these labels and keep other ones? This is a daily realization of the truth but is it the truth when you are wearing it describing who you really are? In the Bible the renewing of the mind is the daily change...KJV
Who do you identify with when you read the content of your character and consider this thought?
Ask questions. Nearly every sentence in this article was a question not an assumption (label). The questions will help clarify and assist you in making clear choices for your path forward.
This is a thought for consumption when you think of yourself and others. The content of the label of your thoughts will become the character of the ingredients of your spirit-heart bare good fruit

Doing something different requires that you overcome your fears and, often, taking that first step is a leap of faith. You have to be willing to say, "if I don't succeed at least I tried something different."
As the old saying goes, If you first do not succeed try, try, again and when you keep trying and it hasn't worked then try something else. When you overcome your fears, you step out of your comfort zone. It is easy to stay where you are, but it will not get you to the promise land.
Remember how comfortable your bed is in the morning and sleeping in sounds good and then when you get up the temperature has changed its cold and you would like to get right back in bed. Understanding that for your own good if you need to pour cold water on yourself to get started it is a necessary pain.
Change will motivate you to move. You will put on something warm to shake off the cold. Sometimes doing something different allows you to walk into change with blind faith. And with blind faith you discover your purpose.
